Executive Assistant - Board Level Temporary - ongoing.

Hybrid working - £19 per hour plus holiday pay. 36 hours per week.

This is an opportunity to work for a high-profile public commission.As an executive assistant, you will be providing effective, high-quality administrative support to key decision makers such as board members, trustees and high-profile individuals.This is a fast-paced executive assistant role and key tasks would be complex diary management, organising meetings, liaising with external stakeholders and minute taking. You will also be responsible for event planning, producing reports and management information for meetings and be able to work in a proactive and intuitive manner.

In addition to these duties, there is opportunity to travel nationally; attending bimonthly meetings in national locations, for example.

This role would suit someone who has previously supported a CEO, a Vice Chancellor or a Member of Parliament, for example.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised and able to keep on top of a varied range of tasks.
