Private Executive Assistant Job - Manchester City Center - start ASAP - £50,000+ GPA

Our client is looking to recruit a highly experienced Private Executive Assistant to work for them based in their offices in Manchester City Center. Our client is a highly successful and busy UHNW individual and this role comes highly recommended by the current EA who is only leaving the role due to relocation. You will be based within the clients business premises in Spinningfields but the role is mostly looking after his private affairs alongside some business administration.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a PA / EA for a UHNW client, be professional, discreet and adaptable. Candidates should also be good problem solvers and have experience of the etiquette required to work for a private individual while being based in a business office setting.

Duties will include:

  • Complex diary management
  • Making travel arrangements, booking both both commercial and private flights
  • Household management including keeping vehicle records, household bill payments, booking trades and contractors
  • Accounting - you must be good with numbers and have strong financial acumen - accounts reconciliation and tax returns
  • Helping with administration for the principal’s personal business affairs
  • General business administration

£50k+ depending on experience

Hours - Monday to Friday office hours but you need to be happy to be accessible out of hours if required - 4 days office based and 1 day working from home
