- Handling customer queries/orders via telephone and email and updating customers on delivery dates.
- Arranging customer deliveries and liaising with logistics team
- Raising customer invoices and up keeping of data
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure their ongoing satisfaction
- Ideally you will have experience working within a fast pace customer service environment
- Fluent German speaking
- Quick learner and eager to gain new skills.
- Strong systems skills and knowledge including MS Office, specifically Excel.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels within the companies.
