The successful person will ideally have previous customer service experience and fluent in German. This role will also suit someone looking to carve out a career within a growing business,  training and support can be provided on the job.Key responsibilities of the German Speaking Order Administrator:
  • Take ownership for timely processing customer orders
  • Managing and maintaining stock availability levels 
  • Handling customer queries/orders via telephone and email and updating customers on delivery dates.
  • Arranging customer deliveries and liaising with logistics team
  • Raising customer invoices and up keeping of data
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure their ongoing satisfaction                                                
Key requirements for the German Speaking Order Administrator:
  • Ideally you will have experience working within a fast pace customer service environment
  • Fluent German speaking 
  • Quick learner and eager to gain new skills.
  • Strong systems skills and knowledge including MS Office, specifically Excel.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels within the companies.
