Description
- Provide comprehensive support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
- Handle and coordinate active calendars.
- Schedule and confirm meetings.
- Ensure timely communications and handling confidential information.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting documents and conduct research as needed.
- Manage project-related work as required.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Profile
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
- An educational background in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in a Personal Assistant role
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Adeptness in using MS Office Suite and other office management tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Capability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
