Calling all Personal Assistants In Manchester!

We are currently seeking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a modern, exciting and fast paced leisure brand based in Manchester City Centre! This is an office-based role which is full time and permanent, supporting C-Suite level and is an very unique opportunity for a driven and passionate candidate.

This role would require flexibility and is not your usual 9-5 role so some occasional weekend and out of hours work may be required therefore corporate experience working within leisure brands or in the retail sector would be ideal for this role.

The day-to-day duties would include a variety of personal assistant duties including complex diary, inbox and travel arrangement, stakeholder management, business project involvement, meeting and greeting VIP guests and stakeholders, production of presentations and reports, handling correspondence, assisting with business events and being a brand ambassador alongside other administration duties.

For this role it is ideal for the candidate to have confidence, resilience, effective multitasking skills, flexibility when needed for last minute changes and experience working at C-suite level as a PA.
