Your new companyMyClient is a public sector body that acts as an independent regulator withinHealthcare servicesYour new roleTo provide administrative support for the work of the Operations and Development section and to the medical practitioners tribunals and interim orders tribunals. You will be supporting a wider team, which will include setting up hearing links or hearing rooms in advance, welcoming parties to the hearing environment and making sure they have the equipment and access to systems that they need, document management (uploading and sharing documents) witness support (bringing /admitting witnesses to the hearing, swearing in of witnesses and assisting witnesses), updating our 'hearing commentary' system with key information and providing support to doctors during hearings. And email queries. What you'll need to succeed- Strong administration experience- Experience of setting up and organising meetings for internal and external clients- Excellent communication skills- Must have a professional manner - Previous experience of working in a client-facing environment- Excellent understanding of word and Excel- The ability to demonstrate a professional, compassionate, and courteous approach. This involves ensuring the needs of internal and external customers are met and the services and contact with customers are delivered positively.- A strong ability to prioritise work and to accommodate sometimes conflicting and changing priorities.
