About the Opportunity:
Are you an experienced Insolvency Administrator ready to take the next step in your career? A growing insolvency practice in Manchester is looking for a motivated and skilled Senior Insolvency Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of cases and develop your expertise within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, and Administrations, from start to completion.
  • Drafting statutory reports, ensuring compliance with insolvency regulations and internal processes.
  • Liaising with creditors, directors, and stakeholders, providing clear and professional communication throughout the process.
  • Investigating directors conduct and analyzing company affairs.
  • Providing mentorship and support to junior team members.
  • Contributing to the firm's reputation for excellence by maintaining high standards of client service.

What Were Looking For:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience managing corporate insolvency cases.
  • CPI qualification (desirable but not mandatory).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail.
  • A team player who is proactive and client-focused.
