A growing insolvency practice in Manchester is looking for a motivated and skilled Senior Insolvency Administrator to join their dynamic team. Your Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, and Administrations, from start to completion.
- Drafting statutory reports, ensuring compliance with insolvency regulations and internal processes.
- Liaising with creditors, directors, and stakeholders, providing clear and professional communication throughout the process.
- Investigating directors conduct and analyzing company affairs.
- Providing mentorship and support to junior team members.
- Contributing to the firm's reputation for excellence by maintaining high standards of client service.
What Were Looking For:
- A minimum of 3 years experience managing corporate insolvency cases.
- CPI qualification (desirable but not mandatory).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle competing priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail.
- A team player who is proactive and client-focused.
