The Role: Production Operator -Radcliffe, Bury, Manchester, M26
As a Production Operator, you will be an integral part of our team, rotating across various functions within fibre-pulping machinery operations. Youll help ensure our plant meets high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery to support fibre pulping production.
- Uphold strict health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Collaborate with continuous improvement teams.
This role requires shift work, including nights and weekends, so flexibility is essential.

- Motivated Team Player: We want someone eager to learn and thrive in a team environment.
- Manufacturing Experience: Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous, but not essential we provide extensive training.
- Skills: Time management, organisation, and communication are key. Familiarity with Lean principles and 5S will give you a head start!
