About the Role

The purpose and main responsibilities of this Production Operative role are to work in the operational sections of the factory as part of a team to ensure that the production plan is achieved and dispatched in line with the Company Quality System.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations.
  • Inform the relevant management about any problems in achieving the company production requirements to the company specifications.
  • Report and help the relevant management concerning quality issues.
  • Ensure that all company documentation and records are completed as required by the Company Quality System.
  • Be responsible for the health and safety of yourself and others involved in their working area.
