We are seeking Production Operatives for a leading product manufacturer in Manchester, Old Trafford, with a salary of £28,500.
Candidates should have experience working on automated production lines and be able to monitor machinery effectively.
The role includes quality testing, making manufacturing adjustments, and adhering to 5S principles.
In addition to a competitive salary, the company offers overtime pay at a premium, 33 days of holiday, an 8% matched pension, and a discretionary bonus of £700.
A full UK driving license is required, and the position involves working a rotating shift pattern from Monday to Thursday.

Requirements as a Production Operative;

Work on an automated Production line to ensure the manufacture of products and meets established QA Expectations
Monitoring machinery and reporting issues
Make manufacturing adjustments and working to 5s principles
Quality testing of certain batches, reporting any issues that may arise
Working with SCADA and PLC machines in a state of the art facility

Roles and responsibilities of a Production Operative;

The production of high-quality products operating production machinery
The manual packing and movement of heavy products
Creating and maintaining the highest standards of 5S's housekeeping and environmental management
Operations of a range of machines as part of a multi-skilled team
Full UK Driving Licence needed
