Our Manchester based client are looking to appoint an IFA Administrator Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis.
Our client is keen to hear from experienced administrator's looking to progress into management, or an IFA administrator team leader looking for a new challenge.

Duties & responsibilities will include:

Managing a team of administrators
- Allocation of work to the wider team
- Lead weekly team meetings to manage workloads
- Point of contact for team queries
- Carry out staff members quarterly KPI & one to ones
- Various IFA Administrative duties
The candidate:
- Experience managing / training junior team members (desirable)
- IFA/ financial planning administration experience (essential)
- Experience of using Intelligent Office (desirable)
- knowledge of provider platforms
- Highly organised
