We are delighted to be once more working with this leading financial services firm as they seek an ambitious Finance Analyst for their finance team. The key responsibilities for this role will be as follows:

Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support business decision-making.Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial practices comply with relevant regulations and standards.You will be a newly qualified Accountant (ideally from practice), with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in financial modeling and Excel, excellent communication and presentation skills and ideally familiarity with retail or financial services and regulatory environments.
