I am currently seeking a talented and driven Part-Qualified Finance Analyst to join our finance team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring finance professional looking to advance their career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support business decision-making

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports

  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed variance analysis

  • Analyse financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities

  • Collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights

  • Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and presentations for senior management

  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of financial systems

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes

Requirements:

  • Part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modelling and ERP systems is a plus

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
