Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support business decision-making

Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports

Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed variance analysis

Analyse financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights

Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and presentations for senior management

Assist with the implementation and maintenance of financial systems

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes
Requirements:

Part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting

Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modelling and ERP systems is a plus
