As Moorepay’s Finance and Commercial Reporting Analyst, your role will be to support the Finance & Commercial Reporting Manager with all aspects of financial reporting, commercial insights and commercial assurance activities. A key aspect of this role will be ensuring the production of key analysis that helps to continue to provide the business with exceptional financial and commercial reports and analysis. From a commercial assurance perspective, you will support the commercial admin team with day to day case management and reporting ensuring the team work as efficiently as possible to ensure all customer agreements are compliant and to pass projects to the appropriate internal department.

Key Accountabilities:
- Assist the Finance & Commercial reporting manager with the weekly, monthly and quarterly production of KPIs to be provided to the senior management team and Zellis Central Finance team
- Analyse large data sets summarising into business trends to support business decision making
- Assist the Finance & Commercial reporting manager with monthly sales to revenue analysis
- Support the wider finance team where necessary with Revenue Assurance, ensuring revenue leakage is minimised
- Regular reviews of Work In Progress (WIP) Implementation projects ensuring full monetisation of the Implementation pipeline as well as ensuring the ageing of the WIP is up to date and there is minimal WIP still allocated to Sales
- Produce weekly reporting and analysis on Churn notifications for the weekly churn calls, as well as monthly churn WIP reporting for MBR & Board pack submissions for Group Finance.
- Produce weekly and monthly reporting on Sales ARR & FYR performance including but not limited to overall performance, performance by person, average deal size, number of deals and mix of Sales to be signed off by Chief Sales Officer.
- Help/Support with production of key metrics and slides required for Monthly Business Review Meetings
- Supporting the Finance & Commercial reporting manager & Chief Sales Officer with quarterly Sales forecast/annual budget/5 year plan cycles
- Managing and producing SugarCRM/Power BI dashboards where necessary to provide management with comprehensive Management information
- Champion data integrity and 'one version of the truth through full adoption of SugarCRM and reduced 'off system’ working
- To act as a first point of contact for any queries regarding contract processing from the Commercial Admin team
- Management of New Customer creations within our Billing platform to ensure billing can be raised and revenue collected once services are live
- Managing/allocating commercial admin contract queue as new deals are signed
- Monthly updates of Existing Contract Value and Indexation Calculators to aid Sales in accurately claiming incremental revenue
- Other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the business
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent data analysis skills (strong Excel required as a minimum)
- Experience of using Power BI (preferred but not essential)
- Part qualified or studying towards ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification
- Experience of using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (preferred but not essential)
- Exceptional communication skills; written, verbal and active listening - ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Have an eye for detail and able to identify errors and anomalies within data across multiple sources
- Maintain a 'can do’ and proactive attitude with customer and internal issues
- A professional and collaborative approach to the management of customer data, placing customers' needs at the heart of every decision.
