About the Role:Working closely with the Finance Director, you will be instrumental in financial planning and analysis, helping to drive strategic decision-making. - Assist in financial management and reporting of business performance.
- Develop and expand the Power BI reporting environment.
- Conduct regular reviews of business expenditure.
- Support the rollout of Sage 200 across group entities.
- Manage working capital reporting to the parent company.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for international operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret large data sets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - able to engage and motivate stakeholders.
- Proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with a drive to improve processes.
- Power BI experience is essential.
- Sage 200 experience is desirable.
