About the Role:Working closely with the Finance Director, you will be instrumental in financial planning and analysis, helping to drive strategic decision-making. This role offers genuine scope for career progression, with the potential to take on greater responsibility and influence the development of FP&A processes.   • Assist in financial management and reporting of business performance.
  • Develop and expand the Power BI reporting environment.
  • Conduct regular reviews of business expenditure.
  • Support the rollout of Sage 200 across group entities.
  • Manage working capital reporting to the parent company.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for international operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret large data sets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - able to engage and motivate stakeholders.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with a drive to improve processes.
  • Power BI experience is essential.
  • Sage 200 experience is desirable.
