Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fund Treasury Analyst to join a dynamic treasury team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional eager to gain hands-on experience in fund and treasury management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing investment activity, managing cash flow, and supporting key operational processes. For the right candidate this role offers salary of up to £45,000 + hybrid working (2 days in office) + excellent progression opportunities

Key Responsibilities

  • Recommend and process payments, including investments across multiple funds.
  • Monitor fund cash positions to maintain optimal liquidity levels.
  • Forecast and track investment pipeline activities and fund collections.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and update cash flow forecasts to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date payment trackers with the latest financial information.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Review and approve payment packs at the first level across different funds.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of liquidity, cash flow trends, and investment pipelines on a quarterly basis.
  • Assist in opening bank accounts and incorporating fund entities while ensuring a clear audit trail.
  • Establish and manage Standard Settlement Instructions, keeping records up to date.
  • Manage Fund Treasury mailboxes, ensuring queries and tasks are handled efficiently.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Fund Management System and Treasury Management System.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in treasury and fund management.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in finance, treasury, or investment analysis
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with the capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
