We're working with a highly successful, fast-moving business in the digital and entertainment space, seeking an experienced Senior Business Finance Analyst to join their expanding finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights.

The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing indirect costs, driving forecasting accuracy, and supporting strategic financial decisions. This position is pivotal in ensuring the business maintains operational efficiency while continuing to scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver deep-dive financial analysis with a focus on indirect costs, margins, and other key metrics.

  • Prepare monthly reporting packs including variance analysis, KPIs, and trends to inform senior leadership.

  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with business strategies.

  • Assist in the preparation of flash Adjusted EBITDAR figures with a focus on cost attribution.

  • Track and analyse budget performance across functions and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities, collaborating across departments.

  • Partner with senior management and operational teams to assess financial performance and influence decisions.

  • Contribute to high-level presentations and board reporting.

  • Drive enhancements to financial processes and reporting systems, including automation initiatives.

About You:

  • Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting or a related field. Professional qualification (e.g. CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) essential.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial analysis or business finance role, ideally within a large or complex organisation.

  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

  • Confident communicator with the ability to convey complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.

  • Proficient in Excel and financial systems; experience with Oracle is an advantage.

  • Comfortable working across time zones and in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
