We are currently seeking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manger to join a modern, exciting and fast paced leisure brand based in Manchester City Centre! This is an office-based role which is full time and permanent.

The main responsibilities for this role would include:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Implementing and creating recruitment strategies
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders and department heads to anticipate hiring needs
  • Refining systems, policies and procedures
  • Creating job descriptions for roles and best practice
  • Working closely with HR
  • Managing external relationships with recruitment agencies and other third parities
  • Drive the employer brand initiatives
  • Providing reporting and insights on recruitment trends and market conditions

For this role you would need to have solid experience working for a big international brand or similar in a senior talent acquisition role.

For this role it is ideal for the candidate to have confidence, resilience, effective multitasking skills and flexibility.
