Our aim is to be the most referred Commercial Transport Broker in the UK, and our mission is to attract the best advice led Account Directors for our business"Pretty bold mission statement right, but these guys are making waves in the UK Insurance market having picked up 2 industry awards and are on track to achieve strong business growth across 2021/22.A good sized independent and nimble business, known to be one of the fastest growing insurance firms in Yorkshire. Big enough for you to have a fantastic brand to represent, but small enough to provide you with full autonomy in your role.With their search for a new Operations Manager appointment moving along nicely, they now have an opportunity available to join the company as a Client Service Director to take over a profitable book of Transport business. (£250k+ income)This isn't the usual transactional, high turnover Motor business that moves from Broker to Broker every year.These are corporate sized clients, who have been with the Directors for a number of years..... Think £50k - £300k cases with some clients taking out up to 15 commercial policies.In football terms, they are looking for a defensive midfielder someone reliable, solid experience and is a great technician..... Sorry we couldn't resist!Clients based across the UK, so although the firm are situated in Yorkshire we will consider Account Executives across the country if you a have strong motor/transport broking background.You will have no sales targets or growth expectations that you will be accountable for, but the potential for you to grow your book even further would be encouraged.This highly rated Broking business will play to your strength, which is providing exceptional service to your client base whilst working with your Senior Directors who will actively win business for you to retain.On offer is a generous salary/package to attract the best including a comprehensive package, free car parking as well as full flexibility working from home. To be considered you'll be an experienced Broker/Account Executive with some exposure to the transport/motor sector - This could be Fleet, Haulage, Bus & Coach Operators, or Motor Trade.Are you recognised and rewarded fairly for the hard-work you put in for your clients?
