Broker Development Business Development Manager 

MERJE is seeking a dynamic Broker Development BDM for a leading insurance claims s provider. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth through developing relationships with insurance brokers and referral partners. The ideal candidate will have extensive insurance industry experience and exceptional communication skills.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum plus commission

Location: Field based

The Role

As a Broker Development BDM, you'll be responsible for expanding broker relationships, achieving revenue goals, and supporting partners. This role offers significant earning potential and career growth opportunities within a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Broker Development BDM:

  • Develop and expand relationships with insurance brokers to generate high-quality claim leads
  • Achieve KPI and revenue goals across company-owned and franchise territories

  • Generate leads through various channels, including face-to-face meetings and industry events
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, particularly FCA rules
