• Advise clients on a wide range of commercial finance solutions, including Bridging, Development, BTL, Commercial, and Mezzanine Finance.
• Utilize our state-of-the-art, industry-leading technology platform to streamline your processes and maximize your efficiency.
• Manage the full deal cycle, from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
• Work with warm leads provided by the company, while also developing your own network and generating new business opportunities. We believe in empowering our brokers to build a thriving book of business.
• Attend occasional meetings with borrowers across the UK, building rapport and solidifying relationships.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Finance Broker, with a strong understanding of the lending landscape.
• A track record of success in originating and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a desire to exceed targets.
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• A strong understanding of Bridging, Development, BTL, Commercial, and Mezzanine Finance products.
