As a Commercial Fleet Underwriter you will be responsible for growing a portfolio of brokers and supporting with their fleet policies within a book of business worth over 30 million to the entire department.
The role
* Underwrite new and existing Mid-Market businesses with a focus on profitability, accuracy, and consistency, adhering to established underwriting practices and utilizing a comprehensive suite of available tools.
* Foster strong trading relationships with brokers through regular visits and collaboration on large cases, aiming to enhance financial outcomes and create a pipeline of new business opportunities.
* Actively participate in meetings with brokers and end customers to effectively communicate the organisations capabilities.
