A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Relationship Manager to join a leading provider of software solutions to the insurance industry.

Working directly with insurance brokers providing initial system training (predominantly utilising Teams) and on-going support navigating, and fully unlocking the full functionality of a system that offers a range of back office IT support. This role would really suit somebody with previous experience of working in an insurance broking environment who is fully conversant in both the terminology of the insurance broking world, and, equally importantly, understands the mindset of insurance brokers. As such, an Account Handler with a good grasp of using broking platforms who is maybe considering a move away from a client focussed role and would enjoy the flexibility offered by a home-based role would be an ideal fit.

Whilst possessing a good grasp of IT systems and the ability to pick up navigating platforms quickly would be beneficial. Full in-depth training will be provided. The key requirement of this role is being able to build strong broker relationships and have the ability to explain how the system operates in a friendly, clear, concise, and easy to understand manner.

This is a real opportunity to join a growing business at an exciting time in their development working in newly created role that has huge scope for personal development and progression.

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in a broking environment would be highly advantageous.
  • Have an outgoing, confident personality with the ability to deliver information clearly.
  • Be IT literate, with the ability to learn new systems and navigate quickly.
  • Have a clean UK driving license in order to attend site visits.
