- Providing a high quality and professional service to clients
- Working on the Acturis system
- Building strong key relationships to fully understand the needs of the client and identifying the most effective cover for their risk
- Prepping documentation ahead of renewals
- Renewal meetings and handling pre-renewal in a timely manner
- Ensuring that all documentation is recorded accurately on the system
- Keeping up to date with market conditions and changes in regulatory framework
