M&A / Corporate Finance Manager opportunity within an established Corporate Finance Advisory Practice offering exposure to good deal volume and involvement in all aspect of mid-market M&A transactions.
THE COMPANY
A reputable Corporate Finance Advisory practice with a 30 year record of success in executing deals in the SME and lower mid-market corporate space (c.£2m - £50m EV deals). The firm works on a sector-agnostic basis, completing M&A transactions involving both Trade and PE buyers, MBO / MBI and EOT transactions. The firm has gone from strength to strength in recent years and after a very strong 23/24 is expecting 24/25 to be its best year yet.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Strong deal flow and a focus on succession plans have combined to create a new opportunity for an M&A / Corporate Finance professional who has the ambition to become a work-winning Director within this highly successful firm.
Joining the practice as an Associate Director you can expect to lead and execute a range of Corporate Finance deals, develop your skills in generating deal opportunities through your network and progress to become a Director driving the growth of the firm.
You can expect:
- An unrivalled salary package (£120k - £150k OTE)

THE PERSON
You will be a Corporate Finance Advisory professional able to demonstrate the following:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA)
- Background within either a top / mid-tier firm Corporate Finance team or an independent M&A Practice
- 3 - 5 years M&A / Corporate Finance experience in the Lower / Mid-market
- A strong desire to develop your M&A / Corporate Finance career as far as Director / MD
