Audit & Accounts Manager Overview:

LHH is excited to partner with a highly regarded independent firm based in Manchester, with multiple office locations. They are looking for a skilled and motivated Audit & Accounts Manager to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing audit and accounting assignments in accordance with current legislation and compliance requirements, overseeing audits from planning to completion for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Delegating tasks and mentoring team members to support their professional growth and development.
  • Reviewing and finalising statutory accounts.
  • Collaborating closely with clients to establish and maintain trusted relationships.
  • Presenting work to Partners with confidence, ensuring files are completed to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
  • Several years practice experience.
  • Experience in audit and accounting, with a thorough understanding of current standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
