Audit Assistant Manager

Manchester / Remote

We are working with an incredibly fast-growing, Top 100 firm, who are actively seeking individuals at Audit Assistant Manager level. Their auditing team has tripled in size over the last 3 years and show zero signs of stopping.

This role offers a remote working model, with fortnightly visits to the North West office, and travel to clients in and around the North West.

Your role as an Audit Assistant Manager:

  • Supporting clients across the North West and overseas, you will work across a varied range of corporate audit client sectors.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring all files for audit are prepared, perform detailed technical work and deliver a service to clients in a professional and supportive manner.
  • You will also supervise an audit team, providing leadership, guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Provide updates and liaise directly with clients both remotely and on site.
  • Support the overall development of the team and the firm continues to grow.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • ACA/ACCA fully qualified.
  • Experience of leading audits from planning through to completion.
  • Experience of working with manufacturing or varied corporate audit clients.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for client service.
  • Existing experience leading and mentoring a team.
  • Have the ability to self-motivate yourself and manage own workload.
  • Right to live and work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
