Description

You'll serve as the critical bridge between senior management and junior team members while delivering exceptional client service. Key responsibilities include:

Technical Leadership

  • Lead complex audit engagements across diverse industries
  • Review and challenge work papers prepared by more junior team members
  • Identify and resolve technical accounting issues independently

Team Management

  • Supervise, develop, and mentor audit seniors and associates
  • Coordinate staff assignments and workload distribution
  • Provide regular feedback and contribute to performance evaluations

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the day-to-day client contact for assigned audit engagements
  • Manage client expectations and navigate challenging conversations
  • Identify opportunities for additional services and firm growth

Quality & Risk Management

  • Ensure all audit work complies with professional standards and firm methodologies
  • Identify and assess audit risks, developing appropriate responses
  • Maintain documentation that meets regulatory requirements

Profile
