You'll serve as the critical bridge between senior management and junior team members while delivering exceptional client service. Key responsibilities include:
Technical Leadership
- Lead complex audit engagements across diverse industries
- Review and challenge work papers prepared by more junior team members
- Identify and resolve technical accounting issues independently
Team Management
- Supervise, develop, and mentor audit seniors and associates
- Coordinate staff assignments and workload distribution
- Provide regular feedback and contribute to performance evaluations
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the day-to-day client contact for assigned audit engagements
