This role is ideal for someone currently working as an Audit Senior or Assistant Manager who is looking to take on more responsibility and grow within a collaborative and technically excellent team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion

• Managing, mentoring, and developing junior team members

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with a broad client base

• Reviewing work and providing constructive feedback

• Ensuring compliance with relevant auditing and accounting standards

Skills & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

• Minimum of four years' experience within a UK Practice environment

• Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Proven experience in leading audits and managing teams
