Package Includes:
- Competitive base salary - up to £80k - depending on location and experience.
- Commission - uncapped commissions - OTE up to £120,000+.

- Proven experience as a Bridging Business Development Manager, Mortgage Broker, Specialist Finance BDM or in a similar specialist lending role.
- Deep understanding of bridging finance and the UK property market.
- Already a Bridging BDM with a robust network within the North, Midlands, or South regions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Flexibility to travel across your territory with a full UK driving license.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively, build trust, and influence decision-makers at senior levels.
- Strong professional integrity and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality results.
