This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing client relationships, leading a team, and delivering high-quality accounting and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance and delivering high-quality advisory services
- Overseeing the preparation of accounts, tax returns, and management accounts
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members, providing training and support
- Reviewing work prepared by the team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Identifying opportunities to enhance client services and develop new business
- Keeping up to date with technical developments in accounting and tax regulations
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge
- Experience in managing client relationships and leading teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work proactively and drive business growth
