Capital Finance Business Partner | Social Housing | Permanent | £54,000

Castlefield are working with a Greater Manchester based Housing Assoication to recruit a Capital Finance Business Partner into their team on a permanent basis. This role offers hybird working and other excellent benefits.

Duties:

• Manage the day-to-day financial performance management and reporting for the capital investment programme
• Deliver accurate and timely management accounts and programme reporting in line with reporting timetable in relation to the areas of responsibility
• Deliver complete and timely cash flow forecasting to the Treasury Team monthly
• Oversee the management and maintenance of the Fixed Asset Register for the Group
• Support the collation and reporting of the financial planning information for the capital investment spend for the Group beyond the Year 1 budget
• Use Brixx to support the provision of the fixed asset forecast balances in a format easy to translate

The successful candidate:

• Experience working within a Housing Association
• Managerial experience
• Experience of effective business partnering
