Description
- Lead the finance team in delivering accurate capital reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal capital reporting requirements.
- Manage regular communication with the company's stakeholders on capital matters.

Profile
A successful Capital Reporting Manager should have:
- An academic background in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within an insurance finance department.
- Strong understanding of capital reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership skills with an ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex financial data.
