Responsibilities

  • Perform financial analysis, modelling, forecasting, and reporting to identify trends, benchmarking, and to increase financial performance
  • Support cost-analysis of both landlord and service charge expenditure
  • Track and determine financial status by analysing actual results in comparison with forecasts
  • Effectively present findings and recommendations to Commercial Finance Team
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting in support of business initiatives and performance
  • Aid in budgeting and expenditure planning processes

Requirements

  • CIMA, ACCA - Qualified or part qualified
  • Experience in the property industry with knowledge of service charge, lettings, financing and stat accounts preferred but not essential
