- Leading the production of key MI to the SLT including variance analysis, board packs and KPI's
- Business partnering with the CEO and other departments to drive efficiences
- Supporting planned M&A including the integration of newly acquired businesses
- Providing financial models including on new investment opportunities
- Developing a fit for purpose commercial finance function in line with business growth
- Working closely with the CFO and CEO to drive strategic decision making and direction
- Fully qualified accountant, ideally practice trained
- Highly commercial with the ability to identify new strategic initiatives
- Confident, able to engage senior leadership
- Ambitious, the business is high growth and this role will develop significantly over time
- Experience within tech, SaaS or a similar industry is desirable
- Although not essential, exposure to M&A would also be desirable
