Profile
A successful Corporate Finance Associate Director should have:
- Corporate Finance Experience - Significant experience in managing and executing corporate finance transactions, ideally at a senior or director level.
- Professional Qualifications - ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications with a proven track record in the corporate finance sector.
- Strategic Thinker - Strong commercial acumen with the ability to think outside the box and provide innovative solutions to complex financial challenges.
- Leadership Skills - Exceptional team management abilities, with experience leading, mentoring, and motivating others to achieve their best.

Job Offer
