You will be working for a forward thinking business based in Manchester City Centre , they are a global company who continue to grow due to numerous acquisitions. The role sits within a vibrant fast paced team who work collaboratively and efficiently. The job requires a strong people manager to lead a team of 5 direct reports split across three departments consisting of Credit Admin & Cash. Your key duties will include; 121's, appraisals, recruitment when required, manage client data, build strong internal & external stakeholder relationships, work closely with the Credit Control team, drive efficiency throughout the department, manage escalations and other adhoc tasks. This role is a 12 month fixed terms contract with a possibility of becoming permanent. To be considered you must be a strong leader with some degree of Credit Risk / Credit Admin expierence. You will be part of a company that actively encourages progression with ample examples of Credit Controller being promoted to Team Leaders and Team Leaders being promoted to Credit Managers and so on. Study Support also complements the above nicely.
