Credit Control Manager

We are recruiting for a Credit Control Manager on behalf of our client a leading business in the property industry in Greater Manchester!

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum - Dependant on experience

Location: Salford - Hybrid options

Managing a team of 5 credit controllers in Salford, Greater Manchester where you will be supporting and monitoring the development of the team. In this role you must foster and encourage growth within the team.

This role involves ensuring compliance with firm credit control processes and procedures, including the implementation of new processes and systems. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external client contacts and third parties to facilitate prompt payment of invoices and helping credit controllers build their own client relationships.

Additionally, monitoring team and individual workloads and performance is crucial to ensure consistent high service are delivered across the firm. Training new and existing credit controllers Furthermore, generating and distributing aged accounts receivable reports to key stakeholders, and managing recovery actions or other escalation processes where needed, are essential tasks in this role.

About you* Proven experience directly managing a team for a minimum of 2 years * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero* Excel skills, including pivot tables and V-Lookups (preferred but not essential)Benefits
