Assignment Details
- Manage the firm's service delivery, ensuring that Managers meet expectations, adhere to deadlines, and operate within budget constraints.
- Guarantee that clients benefit from a well-rounded and thorough service experience.
- Conduct performance reviews and facilitate training and professional development for team members.
- Act as the firm’s representative at networking and industry events, while spotting potential business growth opportunities.
- Seek opportunities to promote and expand the firm's services to both new and existing clients.
- Demonstrate innovative thinking and creative business strategies to drive the firm’s continued success.
- Evaluate and update existing systems to enhance efficiency within the practice.
Skills Required
- ACA/ ACCA qualified accountant
