A strong performing + growing, people centric, food business is looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to partner with the Commercial Team.
The role would suit a keen and ambitious PQ accountant who has mastered the fundamentals and is looking for a commercial and external customer partnering role with the opportunity to progress in and interesting and growing business.
This role is mostly office based (Manchester) - embedded in a team within a friendly and entrepreneurial culture.
Role
- Internal and External P&L creation and reporting
- Business Performance review versus relevant KPI's, communicate and drive action
- Reporting and analysis to proactively drive insight
- Support and challenge all stakeholders to review, take action and deliver to plan
- Own and maintain financial data, systems and processes
- Make recommendations and improvements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders - inspire using financials
- FP&A Support
- Be pro-active, vocal and a success driver from within Finance
Skills and Experience
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA - PQ and working towards
- Advanced Excel skills / PowerPoint user
- Analytical & commercial approach - Able to communicate, present confidently
- Perseverance / grit / not afraid to Challenge
- Customer focussed / continuous improvement mindset
- Results driver
