Finance Business Partner | Manchester | £60,000 - £70,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic business based in Manchester. This company have created a new role that is designed to drive the involvement of finance in all key decision across the group. You will be expected work closely with the Financial Controller and Finance Director and develop existing reports whilst developing new models to aid strategic decision making.

Main duties will include;

  • Collaborate with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
  • Drive the budgeting and forecasting process, offering guidance to optimize financial performance
  • Develop financial models and analysis to support business initiatives and investment opportunities
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to optimize profitability and cost efficiency
  • Assist with month-end close activities and variance analysis
  • Communicate financial performance and key metrics to non-finance stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborating with business leaders to understand financial needs and provide actionable insights
  • Analysing financial data and developing models to support strategic decision-making
  • Participating in budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Communicating financial performance and recommendations to non-finance stakeholders
  • Supporting month-end close activities and variance analysis

Candidate Profile;

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CIMA qualification preferred
  • Proven experience in FP&A, financial planning, and analysis
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
