The Role:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be a advisor to our Sales and Operations teams, providing critical insights to drive performance and enable strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will go beyond the numbers you will actively shape the future of the business by partnering with senior stakeholders across global divisions to align financial objectives with commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Month-End Activities & Financial Reporting:
  Oversee month-end close processes, ensuring the timely delivery of accurate financial reports. Youll provide key insights and variance analysis to help stakeholders understand performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
  Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles, collaborating closely with business units to create comprehensive, data-driven forecasts. Youll challenge assumptions and bring clarity to financial projections, ensuring they are robust and aligned with the companys growth plans.
• Revenue Analysis & Business Performance:
  Dive deep into revenue trends, customer behaviour, and market performance. You will help uncover opportunities for revenue optimisation, cost efficiencies, and margin improvements, providing actionable insights to drive profitable growth.
• Strategic Planning & Financial Modelling:
  Support the leadership team in strategic decision-making by developing financial models for new projects, business cases, and potential M&A opportunities. Youll play a key role in long-term planning, scenario analysis, and risk assessment.
• Business Partnering:
  Work hand-in-hand with Sales and Operations teams to provide financial insights that influence decisions. Youll act as a trusted advisor, using data to guide strategic initiatives, and collaborate on improving commercial outcomes. This role is all about creating a strong connection between finance and the business, empowering leaders with the right information at the right time.
• Continuous Improvement & Process Enhancement:

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified.
