A well-established and dynamic business in the retail and FMCG sector is seeking an Interim Finance Business Partner to support their UK and Ireland Finance Team. This is a key role in the Sales/Commercial Trading Department, offering high exposure to senior stakeholders and exciting challenges.
The RoleReporting into the UK and Ireland Finance Team lead, this position will focus on delivering critical commercial insights and financial support. Responsibilities include:
- Customer Analysis: Managing and analyzing performance across portfolios and sales channels, including discounters and exports.
- Profitability and Volume Margins: Leading P&L ownership and delivering accurate profit and customer forecasts.
- Risk and Opportunity Management: Identifying and addressing key risks and opportunities.
- Financial Reporting: Supporting month-end processes, mix analysis, and trade spend reporting.
This is an interim role, backfilling a Finance Business Partner who has recently been promoted internally, and will collaborate with a high-performing team of five.
