The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with various business units to provide financial support and guidance. Duties include financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The role involves identifying opportunities for cost savings, revenue enhancement, and process improvements. The Finance Business Partner will also collaborate with stakeholders to drive business performance and ensure financial targets are met.
Required Qualifications:- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) - Qualified by Experience would be considered
- Demonstrated experience in a similar finance business partnering role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a business partnering role
Knowledge and Skills:- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools
- Ability to interpret financial data and trends
- Strong business acumen
