Provide financial guidance and leadership to SLT, communicating financial implications and strategic decisions.
Provide recommendations and offer insight through high quality analysis.
Business Partner with the Finance Director and Director of Operations and Growth to support key decision making.
Responsible for divisional P&L by effectively line managing one member of staff, coaching them to deliver best practice and support their personal development.
Design and implement a high standard of monthly reporting (P&L, BS, capex, KPI’s).
Finance lead for divisional appraisals ensuring evaluations of financially strong, achieving the strategic goals of growth.
Foster a commercial mindset, looking at ROI as you investigate new and existing opportunities.
Support the FD on M&A project work as required.
Support the Head of Finance to deliver a transformation project for the organisations global capital program.
Support the SLT in changes to the systems and Group Finance procedures to support the scale of growth and uphold a tight controls environment.
Take responsibility for process improvement with a focus on automating reporting.

Person Specification:

ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified.
Strong experience working within a commercial, high growth environment.
Experience working in a commercial/ advisory setting is essential.
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to seek out opportunities and create business opportunity.
Experience managing a small team is essential.
Excellent communicator with proven stakeholder management skills.
Strong Excel capability.
Excellent communicator.
Experience working in an environment with tight deadlines.
