My client, a growing, family-owned Construction business based in Manchester are currently looking for an experienced Finance Director to join their team and help guide the financial strategy as they continue to scale.This is a 'hands on’ role, as the Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business. You will lead and manage a small finance team, manage cash flow to ensure the company’s financial health and prepare and present financial statements to the board, highlighting key financial metrics and trends. You will develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting processes to support business objectives and oversee the tax and audit processes.
