With a commitment to excellence, innovation, and financial stability, they are looking for an experienced Finance Director to join the leadership team and drive financial strategy and growth.
You will be based full time at the office in Manchester.
The Role:
As the Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, ensuring strong financial controls, compliance, and strategic planning. You will play a crucial role in guiding the company's financial health and decision-making, working closely with senior leadership to drive profitability and sustainable growth.

To £130k plus a range of benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance function, ensuring robust financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and financial risk assessment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax obligations, and financial policies.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Board and senior management.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Drive efficiencies, cost management, and profitability across the organisation.
- Support strategic investment decisions, including project financing and acquisitions.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finance Director or senior financial leader within the construction sector.
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, construction industry financial practices (CIS), and reporting standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Commercially astute with the ability to provide strategic financial insight.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and operational teams.
