Finance Manager/Year End Accountant | £45,000 - £50,000 | Permanent Contract | Greater Manchester | Hybrid Working:

Castlefield Recruitment are working with a private healthcare organisation based in Greater Manchester who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to their growing team on a permanent basis. This role offers excellent benefits such as hybrid working, annual bonus and study support.  

Duties:

  • Understand guidelines and regulations for financial reporting 
  • Have full ownership for ledger and oversee the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
  • Responsible for processing company payroll on a monthly basis
  • Prepare and finalise year end accounts
  • Liaise with external auditors and ensure all required information is provided
  • Line manage two finance officers and support where needed

Experience:

  • Previous experience working in healthcare sector as a Financial Accountant or a similar position 
  • Ability to prepare and finalise year end accounts and provide complex financial advice to non-financial managers
  • Previously experience processing payroll on a monthly basis
  • Strong Supervisor / Managerial experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
