A leading Not for Profit organisation seeks an experienced Finance Business Partner and Manager to direct, lead, and develop their Finance Business Partnering team. In this role, you will:

  • Lead and develop the Finance team to deliver robust financial control and high-quality information for strategic decision-making
  • Build strong partnerships across teams to promote effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork
  • Manage the financial aspects of multiple projects and contracts
  • Drive business planning, performance measurement, and continuous improvement of finance operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to shape financial strategies and ensure alignment with organisational goals
  • Provide insights into monthly financial performance and risk narratives, working with internal stakeholders to achieve the highest standards
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and forecasting
  • Champion a culture of financial partnership with operational teams, strengthening financial controls across all levels

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced finance professionals, adept at managing complex project accounting and stakeholder engagement
  • Skilled in fostering a high-performing finance team, with proven abilities to influence, support, and challenge to achieve organisational priorities
  • Qualified individuals with a CCAB or international accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA), ready to make a difference
