Finance Manager Remote UK 6 month FTC

Are you a senior Finance Manager with start-up or gaming / gambling industry experience?

You could be joining a successful and growing tech company that produce a range of online games used by various clients (e.g. eCommerce, sports betting) to help them retain and attract new customers.

As the Finance Manager you will prepare and review group monthly financial reports across various currencies, alongside balance sheet reconciliations, financial analysis against budget and accurate KPI's, presenting timely monthly financial results to Senior Leadership Team and compiling further financial materials for the Board and Investor groups.

You'll manage all monthly, statutory and regulatory cashflow management requirements, prepare and monitor all ongoing provision and lead budget forecasting processes via financial models and standard templates to support planning processes, including payroll forecasts and review of overheads budgets and forecasts.

Please note this role is initially on a Fixed Term Contract basis, then converting to a permanent position, where you'll help to ensure the finance team is scaling to meet the requirements of a fast growing company.

Location / WFH:

You can work from home from anywhere in the UK.

About you:

  • You have experience as a Finance Manager / Head of Finance in a high growth start-up, gaming / gambling or SaaS environment with strong commercial acumen
  • You hold qualified certifications - ACA, CIMA, ACCA and have strong technical accounting knowledge covering IFRS
  • You have experience of implementing and improving finance systems and inhouse processes
  • You're detail orientated and able to deliver on multiple priorities
  • You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
